Yount Tech Admin

Sign in once at app.younttech.com/admin. Everything you'll need for the business lives inside — content on younttech.com, estimates, invoices, and your client list.

1

Signing in

Go to app.younttech.com/admin. Fastest way in: click Continue with Google and pick your @younttech.com account. "Continue with Apple" and an email/password fallback are there too. Same login gets you into the whole admin.

The dashboard

First screen after login. Four cards at the top show your money-in-motion at a glance: outstanding invoices, accepted estimates ready to invoice, drafts you haven't sent, and total client count. Nav across the top jumps into any section.

Editing the site (younttech.com content)

Click Site content in the top nav. Pick a page — Home, About, Contact, or Testimonials — and edit any field. Changes go live on younttech.com the instant you save.

Text fields are just typed. Rich-text sections have bold / italic / lists / links buttons. Image slots take a JPEG or PNG — drop-in upload, no size fuss.

Adding clients

Click Clients in the nav, then + New Client. Only Name is required — everything else is optional (a jotted lead often has just a name and phone). Add an email if you want to send them estimates or invoices from here later.

The notes field is for your eyes only — a place to remember access codes, preferences, referral source, anything. The opted in to email updates checkbox is what future newsletters will use — it auto-checks when a client accepts an estimate.

Creating an estimate or invoice

Click Estimates & Invoices, then + Estimate or + Invoice. Pick a client, add a subject line, and start adding line items: pick a type (Labor / Material / Travel / Service / Other), describe it, set qty and unit price. Totals update as you type. Tax rate and discount apply to the whole thing.

The intro message shows at the top of the client's copy, and the terms line goes at the bottom (payment instructions, warranty, "due on receipt" — whatever). Save when done.

Sending it to the client

After saving, scroll to the Share with the client section at the bottom.

You'll see Last sent, Client viewed, and Accepted timestamps appear here as the client interacts with it.

What the client sees

When they open the link, they get a clean, mobile-friendly view of the estimate. They can download the PDF, or accept it right in the browser by typing their name (that's their signature — it's captured with their IP and timestamp).

You get an email the moment they accept, with the amount and a link back to the document.

Converting an accepted estimate to an invoice

Once an estimate is accepted (or after you've done the work), open it and click Convert to invoice. A new invoice is created with the same line items — but fully editable, so you can add final labor hours or extras before sending. The original estimate stays untouched for your records.
